Michael A. Tighe

When it comes to experience, Michael has seen it all.

He was a prosecutor for the 5th and 12th judicial districts in New Mexico and worked in drug prosecution with state and federal agencies. He transitioned to criminal defense and worked for the public defenders office in New Mexico. He represented clients with charges ranging from  minor misdemeanors to serious felonies. He continued his work in criminal defense in Missouri and worked with the public defenders office out of Springfield. Over the course of time working in criminal law, he has conducted over 100 trials.

He has also has extensive civil litigation experience in state and federal court. Practicing in estate planning, family law, contract drafting and review, insurance defense, municipal law, and property tax appeals.
